Wesley attended the University of North Texas where he graduated in 2013 and subsequently attended law school at the Texas Tech University School of Law. In undergraduate Wesley competed in Texas Undergraduate Moot Court where he and his partner were named the number one team in Texas in 2013 and ranked in the top 40 teams nationally. During law school Wesley competed in every advocacy competition available, went undefeated in inter-school mock trial competitions, received numerous awards for appellate advocacy, tied for top-ranked advocate in his graduating class, was elected to the Board of Barristers his 2L year, and was chosen as class speaker at graduation. 

After obtaining his law license, Wesley went straight to work advocating for the injured and disenfranchised. In his career he has tried over 30 jury trials to verdict, obtained a top 50 verdict in the State of Texas across all practice areas in 2020, settled numerous multimillion-dollar personal injury lawsuits, and was elected to the board of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. Wesley is also the recipient of the prestigious John Howey Award for the Courageous Pursuit of Justice in the Face of Adversity for 2019. Wesley has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star three years in a row, an honor that only 2.5% of lawyers in Texas can claim. Wesley primarily focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases stemming from the negligence of large corporations, but also has experience handling all manner of personal injury lawsuits, including: motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, oilfield injuries, apartment crimes, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and employment litigation. 

When he is not advocating for the disenfranchised, Wesley enjoys spending time with his loving wife, Ashley Gould, his two children, Avery and Amelia, their dog, Wendell, and cat, Gandalf.
